Fashion TV

I believe there has always been a strong relationship between media and fashion.

If there's one thing in real life that fiction (series, movies, novels etc.) can inspire (well... aside from real life bitches...) that's fashion.

Being pale and blonde wasn't such a big thing until The Twilight Series came along.

Same as with plaids. Thanks to Gossip Girl.

For this post, I decided to take us all back to the series we all loved, love and came to love and show how it successfully crossed over from the boob tube to the runways.

Flirty professional. That's what it's all about.

Clean hemlines, button down shirts, high stilts, vintage framed glasses and pearl accessories can never go wrong if you are aiming for that Sexy Secretary look.

If you've got it, flaunt it. Indulgence is the key here.

In your face glamour at its best! Lot's of jewel tones (and jewels if I may say), sheen and lots of attitude makes this look almost always a hit.

Now who can miss this? Blair Waldorf was the biggest thing until Rachel Berry came along.

Plaids and the Preppy style has never been the same since Gossip Girl made its debut.... and those headbands!

At the end of the day, aside from all the action, drama and suspense these series offered to all of us, at least we have one thing that we can really be thankful for

...and that's the amazing FASHION they all brought with them. :)

There are two reasons I watch Gossip Girl, the fashion and Chuck Bass. <3
